The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) hosted a public kick-off meeting for the Anacostia Streetcar Phase 2 Environmental Assessment and Historic Preservation Study, on January 12 at Savoy Elementary School, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
