Educator Toolkit

Your Guide to Streetcar Safety

The Educator Toolkit provides teachers, youth group leaders and parents with purposeful and engaging resources to teach students how to make safe decisions when interacting with DC Streetcar. The lesson plans, designed for grades K-12, were created by curriculum specialists Young Minds Inspired (YMI) and brought to you through a collaboration with Operation Lifesaver, Inc. (OLI).

Join us in our efforts to keep students safe by using these materials in your classrooms and in your homes. The components of the Educator Toolkit are available for download here and on the YMI website.

Please download and make copies of all the components to share with fellow teachers and students.
